I've been both a...Okay, I'll represent the veggies. I've been both a carnivore and a vegetarian and the thing is, it's just different. At first you are aware that you are eating "without meat," but over time your idea of what a meal is shifts and it's not about "doing without" or finding meat substitutes.<BR/><BR/>But your thing about grilling raises a valid point: What you can do with vegetables and a grill is less interesting for sure. Fire + meat = yum. I like grilled veggies, but it's not like grilling adds that much value.<BR/><BR/>Now veganism, on the other hand...wow.
