Take your time before a final decision, but make sure that you have some sort of contact with them at least every 24-48 hrs.<BR/><BR/>3. Show your wish list and your offer to someone you trust, and ask them to help you sort through, and pick out 3 or so things you want, figuring you'll get 2 of them.<BR/><BR/>4. Remember that some things may truly not be negotiable, especially if you're talking about a union school.<BR/><BR/>5. Always polite and professional, but remember that this is the one point where you actually have some leverage. Be strategic about how you use it.<BR/><BR/>6.
